Gilgamesh is developed by Rémi Vauthrin, a film producer and crew member. Originally designed to prepare the films of the production company CINEMA POVERA, it is now open to other filmmakers.

Why
A film is made by many people, starting with a writer and their producer. Drafts travel as files, get copied over and fall out of step. Gilgamesh brings the project together in one place, and circulates versions that are read, commented on and compared.

How it grows
Gilgamesh is in alpha and is built with the people who use it. The app's “Feedback” button goes straight to its developer, and every message is read. The app is in French for now, in English from the beta.

Where your projects live
On the publisher's server, in France. Your writing is never used to train any model and nothing is handed to a third party. The whole project exports at any time.
